Company

Every person deserves to grow. Every organization deserves the talent to thrive.

Digital infrastructure organizations scale their infrastructure. Most don't have the tools to scale the people who run it. That gap is what Innovorg was built to close.

Who we are

Built for one industry, focused on one problem.

Founded in 2021, we set out to build the first workforce intelligence platform purpose-built for the digital infrastructure industry — data centers, cloud and SaaS providers, managed services organizations, hosting operators, and their partners.

The problem we solve is specific: the skills required to operate digital infrastructure are highly technical, evolve fast, and are not well-served by generic HR or learning platforms. Organizations in this sector have been managing their most critical operational asset — their people — with spreadsheets and manual processes.

We built the alternative.

Founding team

Built by operators, for operators.

Elya McCleave

Elya McCleave

CEO

An engineer by training, Elya spent 20 years operating inside the cloud and data center industry — rising from front-line engineer to senior executive roles across various companies, where she ran data center ops, support, managed services, professional services, education, and customer success worldwide. At every level she hit the same wall: no system existed to see and build the capability of the workforce. She founded Innovorg in 2021 to build it, backed by founders and operators from the infrastructure industry. Elya serves on a few advisory boards and is a regular voice on workforce strategy across the digital infrastructure sector.

Salim Djati

Salim Djati

CTO

Deep background in artificial intelligence, with 25 years across technology and learning science. A former university professor and director of studies responsible for 4,000 students and 150 faculty, he then moved into industry, leading security and training organizations for data center operations at iWeb and Internap. That combination — AI depth, education at institutional scale, operational leadership — is why Innovorg's AI Intelligence Layer treats skills as something you build and measure, not just track. He leads all product and engineering.

Mission

Help people become irreplaceable.

We measure the capability of the entire workforce — human and AI, on one calibrated standard — so every person has an evidence-based path to grow, and every organization knows it can deliver.

Vision

One standard for the new workforce.

Work is being redefined: humans and AI agents, side by side. We’re building the intelligence layer of that workforce — so the biggest transformation of work in a generation makes people more valuable, not more vulnerable.

Join our team.

We're always looking for great talent to help close the skills gap in digital infrastructure.
